The House
The house is perfectly located within a 3-minute walk from the beach of Guiones, in the area of the Gilded Iguana, within a very short walking distance of amenities such as grocery store, surf shops, restaurants and bars.
The top floor includes two bedrooms, each with king bed, and a shared bathroom The middle floor has the kitchen, outdoor terrace, living room. The ground floor has one bedroom with 4 twin beds and bathroom, accessible through a spiral staircase into living room Ground floor also has a garage, surf board rack, laundry room
The house is secured with alarm, security response, video camera. The kitchen is fully equipped, and house linens are provided. The terrace with seating, two umbrellas and barbecue grill overlooks the tropical neighborhood village The living room has a TV with DVD player and an iPod docking station.
Wireless internet will allow you to stay in touch with home. And there are two pools available at two hotels/restaurants close by if you take a nice lunch or some beverage.
The house is child-friendly with security gates for the stairs and crib on request
